We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at an 80-bed residential home. This full-time position offers a salary of £30,000 per annum and an excellent opportunity to grow in a leadership role within the care sector.

  • Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend shift every 3 weeks.
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:As a Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
  • Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Lead and supervise care staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Assist in managing compliance with regulatory and CQC standards.
  • Contribute to care planning and assessment processes.
  • Manage and support the development of team members.

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a residential care setting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
