Calling all Accounts Assistants in Burnley!
Our client is a well-established, family-owned business based in Burnley, renowned in the local area as a trusted manufacturer. They take great pride not only in the quality of their work but also in how they care for their employees. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join their welcoming and supportive finance team.
What you’ll do as Accounts Assistant:
- Amend and update customer accounts
- Matching and processing invoices
- Placing orders for stock and liaising with suppliers to ensure best prices
- Reconciling across both sales and purchase ledgers
- Cah book management including payments, posting receipts and daily bank reconciliations
- Assisting with moth end reports
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role, with a strong transactional background. A proactive individual with a 'can-do' attitude, confident in using computers, CRMs, and other cloud-based systems, will thrive in this position.
