Our client are one of the UK’s leading Investment and Development companies and they are looking for a Business Centre Manager to join their team. As a Business Centre Manager, you will act as the on-site representative for co-ordination of communal estate management matters.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and manage tenant queries, complaints and ensure that tenant agreements meet all the legal requirements
  • Liaise and supervise all contractors, including employees, who attend site to provide services to the communal areas. Where necessary and /or instructed to obtain competitive quotations for communal services and repairs
  • Assist the finance department to ensure payments are maintained in line with agreements and that value for money is achieved for sub - contractor and ad hoc areas of expenditure
  • Ensure that the communal areas are at all times presented to the highest standard
  • Ensure building is managed at all times in line with health and safety policy and regulations.
  • Ensure Waste management is conducted in an efficient and effective manner
