Sous Chef Ideal Profile:

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development
  • Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Ensuring food preparation and presentation meet high-quality standards
  • Managing stock levels, ordering ingredients, and maintaining food cost efficiency
  • Overseeing kitchen hygiene and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met
  • Training and mentoring junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge
