Role and Responsibilities: As part of an experienced sales team, the Sales Representative will be the first point of contact with potential customers. This role involves generating new business by consulting businesses on the benefits of fuel card products and services. The representative will embody the company’s core values by offering a friendly and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through proactive customer engagement.
  • Present and consult potential customers on fuel card products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support mutual growth.
  • Assist with team training when necessary, contributing to team development.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and personal conduct.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Enthusiastic, inquisitive, and eager to learn about the industry, products, and customer needs.
  • Resilient, positive, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, though not essential, as full training is provided.
