What’s involved in the role:

You will be generating client enquiries via a range of sources and will be responsible for managing the subsequent customer journey end to end.

You will be responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.

Ensuring the most effective and advice process, striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.

Following up on leads promptly and maximising opportunities to convert referrals.

You will benefit from both flexible working options and ongoing training and development.

You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value a quality service.

You will be working with introducers to build lasting, valuable relationships and to maximise on leads and business development opportunities.

You will have access to "whole of market representative" mortgage advice and will be responsible for cases from start to finish.
This opportunity will suit a pro-active Mortgage and Protection Adviser who is able to build lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently.
