Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Controller who is fluent in German. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic finance team, where you will be responsible for supporting the transactional delivery of Order To Cash (OTC), particularly focusing on Account Receivables and Cash Collection activities. As a Credit Controller - German Speaking, your primary responsibility will be to support the transactional delivery of OTC. You will play a crucial role in managing customer payments, reviewing aged debts, chasing outstanding debts, and performing credit checks. Your ability to manage credit blocked orders and prepare necessary documentation for monthly controls and audits will be essential. Ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met will be part of your daily tasks. You will also follow SSC OTC processes efficiently and effectively in line with the Group Credit Policy
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Credit Controller - German Speaking position brings previous experience in Shared Service Centre/Order To Cash (SSC/OTC), especially in Credit control and Accounts receivables. Prior SAP experience is highly desirable. Fluency in English plus one or more relevant European languages such as Danish, Polish, or German is essential. You should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key, along with strong self-management skills.
