The company: An exciting opportunity to work at a company who operate on an international level within the fabric industry
Main duties: Working within the Export department, you will provide outstanding customer service to clients within a designated region
The role:- Respond to customer enquiries ensuring any issues are resolved- Ensure sales orders are prepared and dispatched- Monitor outstanding orders involving stock management- Support internal teams as required- Ensure you are well informed of the full product portfolio including production and installation- Ensure customer information is recorded accuratelyThe candidate:- Customer service experience- Additional language beneficial but not a requirement - Excellent communication skills - Organised with the ability to multitask- IT literate
The salary: £27,500 per annum plus bonus
