Your new companyYou will be working for an East Lancashire sector-leading manufacturing company. This is a top-tier manufacturer of high-quality industrial components. Their team is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to clients worldwide.Your new roleYour new role as a Customer Service officer with complaints/objections handling will entail you working through a backlog of previous and current complaints in addition to dealing with general customer enquiries. The complaints may be easily resolved - a case of simply closing the live case on the report. It could require you to spend a little bit more time resolving the said problem, passing the customer onto relevant teams.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will be required to have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Previous complaints handling is desired.You will be a self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload in a time-efficient manner to meet tight deadlines.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be working on a temporary basis for a well-established not-for-profit organisation. This is a 3-month temporary contract with scope for extension or to be made permanent, depending on your performance. This is predominantly an office-based role with the potential to be made into a hybrid working role once training is completed. The office is based in Blackburn. There is free on-site parking for when you are working in the office.
