Mpeople Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for a temporary six-month position, with the possibility of a review.

This role involves handling technical enquiries, assisting customers with account updates, and ensuring a high level of service. If you have experience in a customer-focused environment and enjoy problem-solving, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving inbound calls and assisting with technical enquiries
  • Managing and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Providing advice and guidance on products and services
  • Taking payments securely over the phone
  • Updating customer details on internal systems
  • Monitoring and resolving device issues and alerts
  • Producing and dispatching customer communications in line with GDPR regulations
  • Conducting security checks over the phone
  • Supporting team leaders and managers with reports
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a service delivery environment is essential
  • Strong IT skills, including database systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with the public
  • A professional and flexible approach to work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
