What You'll Be Doing:

• Become a Bluebeam Master: Dive deep into the world of digital take-offs and estimations. Your Bluebeam skills will be your superpower!
• Decode the Drawings: Learn to translate complex plans and specs into accurate cost estimates.
• Build Your Network: Connect with suppliers and subcontractors, getting the inside scoop on pricing and availability.
• Team Up for Tenders: Help us put together winning tender documents.
• Grow Your Skills: Learn from experienced estimators and become a vital part of our team.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Solid understanding of construction drawings (you know what's what).
• Proficiency in Bluebeam (it's a must!).
• A good grasp of drylining (or a keen interest to learn).
• Sharp attention to detail and a love for numbers.
• Excellent communication skills (you can chat to anyone).
• A proactive attitude and a hunger to learn.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous experience in construction or estimating.
• Knowledge of other estimating software.
• A relevant HNC/HND qualification.
