This is a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Safety/Quality Manager to join a growing business with a skilled and supportive team. As part of a well-established company, your expertise will have a real impact. Experience communicating with the Environment Agency would be a valuable advantage.
What you鈥檒l do:
路Oversee health and safety across all areas of the site(s) addressing any concerns quickly
路Develop safe working procedures and implement new risk assessments
路Regularly review and update existing risk assessments and safe working procedures
路Ensure all loads meet customer and site environmental permit requirements
路Oversee accident/incident reporting and investigations, coordinating with the Group Compliance Manager on training needs
路Complete all required permit reporting for site activities
路Ensure the site adheres to environmental permits, health and safety standards, ISO 9001 and other organisational requirements
路Handle any other HSQE-related needs for the business
