Role Overview:

As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and support to residents, helping them live safely and independently. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, promoting healthy eating, supporting mobility, and encouraging participation in activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a residential care setting is essential.Willingness to complete the Care Certificate.Ability to engage with residents respectfully, valuing their individuality and dignity.Experience in following care plans and supporting residents with multiple health needs.Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
