We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent General Manager to take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of our busy café, shop, and ice-cream parlour in Whalley. You will be responsible for driving the commercial performance and ensuring we deliver the very best experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities
- Leading by example, giving constructive feedback and coaching along the way
- Dealing effectively with all levels of customer queries and complaints
- Fulfils all health and safety, hygiene and food safety and Allergens responsibilities in line with procedures and standards
- To be a positive role model for the team, actively looking after the welfare of the team
- Takes responsibility for the introduction and implementation of new initiatives to benefit the business
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and is proactive in encouraging the team to bring forward ideas to improve/ enhance customer experience
- Recruitment and retention ensuing the right structure and mix of skills
What Youll have

- A passion for hospitality and retail as well as exceptional attention to detail
