Behaviour Mentor - Burnley:
Prospero teaching are looking for a calm and resilient behaviour mentor to support pupils with challenging behaviour at a specialist provision near to Burnley. This is a full time position to start as soon as possible.

- Having an understanding of individual needs
- Offering guidance and mentoring
- Fully compliant in safeguarding procedures
- Providing a safe and encouraging environment to learn
Position Details:
- Location: Burnley
- Position: Behaviour Mentor
- Type of Work: Temporary
- Full time/Part time: Full time
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:45am-3:45pm
- Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: After Feb half-term
- End date: Ongoing
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- Previous experience supporting challenging behaviour
- Team Teach qualification would be highly desired
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional references.
