This Payroll position is within an exciting manufacturing business, which hons a dynamic culture, based in Burnley area. They are looking for an experienced payroll professional to work on a part-time basis within their growing business for a minimum of 9 months with the possibility of the role going permanent on completion.
Within this position you will have the responsibility of running the end-to-end monthly payroll, working alongside the HR team in their vibrant office. You will ensure the time and attendance system is accurate, ensuring all absences are logged correctly, calculating a variety of payroll appropriate calculations such as sick, annual leave, pensions etc. The business offer a great company culture where team fit is key for this role.
- This position will suit someone who has done end-to- end in house payroll
- In depth knowledge of payroll legislation and processes
- You must be a strong communicator to ensure you are able to communicate effectively with staff and management throughout the business to discuss any payroll issues or queries
- Strong organisational skills to meet payment deadlines
