Job Title: Plasterer
Description: Our client, a leading Housing Association, is seeking a qualified Plasterer. The responsibilities include completing plastering repairs at customers' homes, ordering materials, managing stock, and ensuring all work orders are completed to a high standard.
Essential Criteria: City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent or on the job experience, full driving licence, experience of working in a customer-focused environment, experience of working in the construction sector, and good Health & Safety knowledge in the workplace.
Desirable Criteria: Social housing experience, working in a property maintenance environment, and ability to use a PDA or electronic job system.
Working Hours: 36.25 hours/ 7 hours 15 minutes per day.
Salary: From £28,000 per annum.

Description

Our client, a leading Housing Association, is seeking a qualified Plasterer.

Duties

Completing plastering repairs at our customers’ homes to a high standard
Ordering materials and managing stock
Responsible for managing a company vehicle and commuting to/from work in company vehicle
Ensuring all work orders are completed and minimise follow on work
Prioritise workloads daily to deliver an excellent customer service
Completing jobs right first time
Ensuring safe working practices in line with current Health & Safety policy & procedures
Maintaining a professional manner whilst completing repairs
