r client, an award winning Housing Association, is seeking a qualified Plasterer to join their reponsive repairs team.

Duties

  • Completing plastering repairs at our customers’ homes to a high standard
  • Ordering materials and managing stock
  • Responsible for managing a company vehicle and commuting to/from work in company vehicle
  • Ensuring all work orders are completed and minimise follow on work
  • Prioritise workloads daily to deliver an excellent customer service
  • Completing jobs right first time
  • Ensuring safe working practices in line with current Health & Safety policy & procedures
  • Maintaining a professional manner whilst completing repairs

Essential Criteria

  • City & Guilds or NVQ2 or equivalent in relevant trade - plastering
  • Full driving licence
  • Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
  • Experience of working in the construction sector
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge in the workplace

Desirable Criteria

  • Social housing experience
  • Working in a property maintenance environment
  • Ability to use a PDA or electronic job system

Hours: 36 hrs per week Monday-Friday

Pay: £14.88 per hour
