An award-winning Housing Association is looking for a qualified Plasterer to join their responsive repairs team.
The role involves completing plastering repairs, managing stock, and ensuring high-quality customer service while adhering to health and safety policies.
Candidates must have a City & Guilds or NVQ2 in plastering, a full driving license, and experience in a customer-focused and construction environment.
The position offers 36 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £14.88 per hour.
Experience in social housing and property maintenance is desirable but not essential.

r client, an award winning Housing Association, is seeking a qualified Plasterer to join their reponsive repairs team.

Duties

Completing plastering repairs at our customers’ homes to a high standard
Ordering materials and managing stock
Responsible for managing a company vehicle and commuting to/from work in company vehicle
Ensuring all work orders are completed and minimise follow on work
Prioritise workloads daily to deliver an excellent customer service
Completing jobs right first time
Ensuring safe working practices in line with current Health & Safety policy & procedures
Maintaining a professional manner whilst completing repairs

Essential Criteria

City & Guilds or NVQ2 or equivalent in relevant trade - plastering
Full driving licence
Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
Experience of working in the construction sector
Good Health & Safety knowledge in the workplace

Desirable Criteria

Social housing experience
Working in a property maintenance environment
Ability to use a PDA or electronic job system

Hours: 36 hrs per week Monday-Friday

Pay: £14.88 per hour
