This market leading company specialise in the design, development and delivery of commercial-scale solar PV and battery storage projects across the UK. They have thrived in recent years and have exciting plans moving forward, and as a result they are now looking to expand their team to facilitate future success.


In this role, the successful candidate will provide vital support to Project Managers and Operations Manager to ensure projects are delivered to high standards, on time, to budget. This will involve procurement of equipment, materials and contractors, producing bill of materials, buying activities ensuring the best price from suppliers and subcontractors, planning and scheduling workforce, materials and equipment, and general support where required.


The ideal candidate will have experience in a project coordinator role, which includes procurement / buying responsibilities, within construction, M&E, renewables or similar engineering sector.

The Role:
*Support Project Managers and Operations Manager to ensure efficient delivery of commercial roof-top Solar installations
*Procurement of materials, equipment and contractors
*Produce bill of materials from solar PV designs
*Buying activities ensuring the best price from suppliers and subcontractors
*Plan and schedule workforce, materials and equipment
*Cooperate with Finance and Operations to deliver continuous improvement
*Work to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
*Office based role


The Person:
*Experience in a project coordinator within the construction, M&E or renewable sector
*Competent using CRM systems and MS Office packages (especially Excel)
*Highly organised, ability to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines
*Excellent communication both written and verbal
