Calling all experienced Property Managers who have worked in housing association, social housing, the commercial or mixed-use property sector.

This role is working in Burnley, Lancashire on a hybrid basis, working 50% of your time in the office and 50% of your time working from home.

Salary circa £50-52,000 depending on your experience plus generous holiday allowance, pension, health and wellbeing services, staff discounts, etc. 

You will be:

  • building strong business relationships with commercial landlords
  • handling B2B lease negotiations, management agreements, and contracts with third-party management agents, etc.

You should have:

  • knowledge of leasehold block management and managing agent operations, with the ability to interpret complex leases
  • an excellent understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 sections 18-30, as well as RICS/TPI guidance
  • the ability to build excellent relationships from scratch and be a skilled negotiator
