Role Overview:As a General Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning across various subjects and age groups. You will cover classes in the absence of the regular teacher, engaging students and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This position is ideal for adaptable educators who thrive in diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Support the learning and development of all students.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings.
