We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator for our client’s busy car dealership in Burntwood. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join this award-winning and rapidly growing motor group.

This business is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for talented people to take the business to the next level.

In exchange, you will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work directly with an exciting Automotive brand.

The successful candidate must have experience in the following:

  • IT literate and a clear understanding of Keyloop/Drive/Kerridge (DMS System)

Responsibilities for Sales Administrator:

  • Ensuring all invoicing and taxing paperwork is to brand standards with all supporting documents ready for customer handover
  • Keeping an accurate record of all information necessary for audits- Files to be kept up to date and to include all information required
  • Ensuring that all vehicles are funded in line with company policy and that vehicles are also appropriated within given time frame
  • Assisting the accounts department with month-end reconciliations
  • Maintaining up-to-date stock records on Keyloop (DMS)
  • Taxing of new vehicles on the RaV system
  • Creating vehicle records - Both new and used vehicles
  • Monitoring tax renewals for company vehicles

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Confidently communicate with other departments of the business
