Our client is a well respected, leading supplier with clients throughout the UK and abroad.
The role will invovle:
- Being one of the first points of contact for customers, ensuring high customer service levels
- Answering queries about products, orders and deliveries (full product training will be provided)
- Developing and maintaining excellent relations with customers/clients
- Processing orders ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Sending quotations to customers
- Assisting customers/clients visiting the on-site showroom
- Contact customers to inform them of new products
- Ensure necessary administration tasks are completed
Skills/Experience required:
- Previous experience within a sales role essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly and approachable manner and willing to communicate face to face with customers
Working hours (2 week rota as below):
- Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00, Friday 09:00-16:30
- Week 2 - Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week 09:00-17:00, Saturday 10:00-17:00
