Internal Sales | Office-Based | Burntwood– West Midlands |8:30 am - 5:00 pm,  Monday to Friday | £29,000-£31,000 per annum

They are currently seeking a highly experienced Internal Sales professional to join their team in Burntwood.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Stable employment history with previous experience in an internal sales environment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and via email
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and general sales operating systems
  • Have experience in using CRM system

What will your role look like?

  • Contact customers daily by email and telephone to discuss enquiries, manage orders and update the progress of orders
  • Processing quotations and orders on the system and managing order progress using the CRM system 
  • Work smartly to ensure customers are managed in a timely and professional approach
  • Updating CRM system with up-to-date records for customers when required
  • Managing the quotations by uploading quote details onto the CRM to help manage and convert quotes to orders.
  • Communicate with the Operations Manager for updates on order progress and relay back to customer
  • Select products from catalogues with assistance from the sales manager to progress to become self-sufficient on product selections/technical enquiries
  • Uploading drawings for customers to check their requirements
  • Liaise with accounts department regarding payments, monitoring BACS/CHAPS payments and processing credit card payments
