We are excited to be recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the Agenda Resource Management team. Basic Requirements:

  • Emotional intelligence
  • Experience of prioritising tasks
  • Knowledge of discretion and confidentiality
  • Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
  • Attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring the relevant documentation is sent/received and saved on IRIS HR
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure new starters are inducted and are set up on the necessary systems
  • Issue and save all employee life cycle documents to IRIS HR
  • Provide administrative support to a variety of HR projects
  • Accurately input and update employee data on IRIS HR
  • Manage the Birthday Club
  • Manage the HR  & Jobs inbox, direct messages to the relevant people
  • Collecting HR information for internal and external audits
  • Completing monthly LTO reports
  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance records
  • Support employee off boarding processes
  • Coordinate with engagement activities such as lunch & learns and charity events
  • Update and maintain organizational charts
  • Arrange and schedule interviews
