Basic Requirements:
- Emotional intelligence

- Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring the relevant documentation is sent/received and saved on IRIS HR
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure new starters are inducted and are set up on the necessary systems
- Issue and save all employee life cycle documents to IRIS HR
- Provide administrative support to a variety of HR projects
- Accurately input and update employee data on IRIS HR
- Manage the Birthday Club
- Manage the HR & Jobs inbox, direct messages to the relevant people
- Collecting HR information for internal and external audits
- Completing monthly LTO reports
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance records
- Support employee off boarding processes
- Coordinate with engagement activities such as lunch & learns and charity events
- Update and maintain organizational charts
- Arrange and schedule interviews
