Salary: Circa 21,000 per annum, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with an hour for lunch

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in supporting and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

Report to the administrative lead or office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.

Work with the internal and external sales team, placing orders and arranging deliveries

Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organising documents.

Assist with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation system

Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.

Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.

Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.

Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.

Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.

Become involved in LinkedIn and other media and advertising platforms

About You:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive, and ready to grow with your skills.
