The successful candidate will carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.Key Responsibilities* Perform general building maintenance, carpentry, basic plumbing repairs, painting, groundwork, and other general labouring duties.* Support building maintenance tasks and complete general site repairs.* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including grounds and site clearance.* Work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and report any safety concerns, hazards, accidents, or incidents promptly.Person SpecificationExperience & Background:* Previous experience in general maintenance or labouring.* Experience using hand tools.Qualifications & Requirements:* Counterbalance FLT (essential)* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)* IPAF certification (preferred but not essential)Skills & Attributes:* Ability to work in a physically demanding and ever-changing environment.* Strong teamwork and communication skills.* Commitment to safety and quality standards.
