We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Partner Experience Specialist to join us for a temporary role lasting 6-8 weeks. Based in Burton-upon-Trent (DE14 1SP), this role involves supporting our partners with account queries, commission payments, and offering expertise on processes while working closely with the regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming partner enquiries (via phone or PC)
- Handle partner account management and administration
- Provide commission and account support
- Assist with query resolution and technical support
- Deliver proactive customer care
Experience & Skills:
- Telecoms experience (preferably with outbound proactive contact)
- Interest in mobile and telecommunications technology
- Basic understanding of telephone account management
- Data entry, query resolution, and Excel skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven success in an internal sales or customer service role
Personal Attributes:
- Dynamic, upbeat, and positive personality
- Self-starter with the ability to work within a team
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Strong follow-through and delivery on promises
- PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a bonus
- Numerate with the ability to interpret sales data

Package:
- Hourly rate equivalent to £24,282 per annum
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday), 1-hour lunch break
- Free on-site parking

Reporting Structure:Reporting to the Partner Experience Team Leader and working closely with the Regional Sales Team.
