My client is a well-established software house who provide solutions within the automotive/ logistics sector across desktop, web and mobile environments.

Due to growth they're looking to increase the size of the Software Support team who the successful candidate will work closely with alongside the Developers to resolve any customer issues. In addition you'll also provide training on the Software to new clients and help with the QA testing.

The Role

As the successful Technical Support Agent, you can expect your role to include:

Providing software support to clients via phone and email
Delivering training to clients both virtually and with travel to their offices
Heling with QA testing of the flagship product
Liaising with the wider team when required to solve any issues

You

To be considered for the role of Technical Support Agent you should have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Bonus points for SQL/ automotive background
