  • Designing and delivering a training and development strategy that supports business objectives, talent management processes and internal development programmes
  • Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirement and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams
  • Assessing suppliers/provides quality of materials, delivery and cost effectiveness
  • Reviewing and updating all learning and development material
  • Measuring training effectiveness and reporting on findings.
Learning & Development ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Degree qualified professional in relevant subject (Or equivalent)
  • CIPD qualification
  • Experience working within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector (Desirable)
