- Designing and delivering a training and development strategy that supports business objectives, talent management processes and internal development programmes
- Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirement and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams
- Assessing suppliers/provides quality of materials, delivery and cost effectiveness
- Reviewing and updating all learning and development material
- Measuring training effectiveness and reporting on findings.
- Degree qualified professional in relevant subject (Or equivalent)
- CIPD qualification
- Experience working within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector (Desirable)
