- Designing and delivering training and development programs that align with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirement and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams
- Conducting skill gap analysis
- Ensure production training documentation, SOPs are correct, updated and in line with requirements. Creating new SOPs for new machines/processes
- Onboarding and training new employees
- Previous experience within the Food Manufacturing Sector
- Experienced delivering operational training or previous learning & development exposure
