Job brief:
A company who are a global provider of entertainment based in Burton on Trent are looking for an Administration Officer to join their team. This is on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining contracts
- Carrying out credit checks
- Sending contracts to legal team for sign off
- Setting up direct debit mandates
- Dealing with email inbox
- Sending auto invoice emails to credit control
- Raising invoices
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, and you will be offered a salary of 24,000 to 26,000 depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with half an hour for lunch, with some flexibility if needed. Hybrid working is also available, Mondays and Fridays working from home.
