Description
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Deliver accurate financial reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks
- Identify cost-saving and profit maximising opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Participate in the budgeting process
- Engage in performance evaluation, reporting, and forecasting activities
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Proficient user of finance software
