They are seeking a Group Marketing Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be part of an expanding business, who have continued to create a family feel as theyve growth.

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm OR 9:00am to 5:30pm.
As a Group Marketing Manager you will be expected too:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Define product positioning, USPs, and value propositions for target markets
- Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and events
- Oversee digital strategy including SEO, social media, and website management
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and corporate reputation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Champion customer-focused innovation and develop new propositions
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
- Track and report on campaign performance to provide actionable insights
To be successful in applying for the Group Marketing Manager position, you must have:
- Professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading B2B marketing campaigns or service industry.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools, automation systems, and strategies.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a complex environment
