360 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Supervisor to oversee a shift operation, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are achieved and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with HSWA and COSHH regulations.
- Manage hygiene budget, KPIs, labour, and materials with the Hygiene Manager.
- Supervise and develop team members, ensuring they are fully trained and competent.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules, SOPs, CICs, and HACCP standards.
- Conduct post-hygiene audits, drive improvements, and assist in reducing out-of-spec swabs and microbial issues.
- Deputize for the Senior Hygiene Supervisor when required.
- Proven experience in hygiene or cleaning management.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (HSWA, COSHH).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Food Safety Level 1
- IOSH Qualification
