Requirements
To be considered for the position of Teaching Assistant, you will:

• A genuine desire to support and inspire students.
• A readiness to participate in and complete the training programme designed to develop your skills and knowledge.
• The ability to complete a paid school placement and be ready to start working as a fully qualified Teaching Assistant upon completion of the programme.
• ·       A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and working with children in a supportive environment.
