Reporting into one of their excellent People Partners, this role is an amazing opportunity to develop HR Advisory skills and take more autonomy in your next role. This is a growth role, so what better time than now to join this organisation! The key deliverables:
- Support the delivery of transactional HR duties across a headcount of c500, including working with the HR Admin team on employee and recruitment lifecycle duties.
- Lead on employee relations case work such as absence and performance management, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Support line managers across the business on best HR practice, policies and procedures.
- Report on key HR metrics for your arm of the business, and contribute to the development of the People Strategy with the Business Partner.
- Collaborate with managers on performance evaluations and ensure employees actively engage in required training programmes.
- Support with engagement and onboarding initiatives, such as supporting on the delivery of relevant surveys to improve processes.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a CIPD Level 3 Qualification or above.
- Have relevant HR experience, ideally in an Advisory capacity.
- Have experience on the recruitment lifecycle, such as posting job adverts, sourcing candidates, liaising with hiring managers on coordinating interviews and offer management.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office packages, and previous experience working with HRIS systems.
