You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project delivery, from pricing and planning to execution and handover.The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable outcomes. This is an ideal role for someone with strong experience in electrical or mechanical project managementKey Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring safe and profitable delivery
  • Price and plan projects, and manage labour and materials effectively
  • Manage multiple projects, ranging from simple to complex
  • Oversee invoicing, profit margins, and cash flow for all projects
  • Ensure all projects are entered into the company's CRM system
  • Provide technical support to the operations team on complex electrical or mechanical contract elements
  • Attend client meetings to deliver regular project updates
  • Conduct site safety visits to ensure compliance with contract standards
  • Manage sub-contractors and perform performance reviews
  • Conduct H&S audits on OCS and subcontractors
  • Oversee the management of PPMs & hard services on-site

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • HNC in engineer discipline
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Construction design and management regulations qualification (CDMR)
  • CSCS qualification
  • Site management training safety scheme (SMSTS)
  • Previous experience of managing projects works
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
  • Good attention to detail and level of accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to achieving results
