Machinist / Workshop Fitter Burton on Trent Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm Up to £35,000 Unlimited overtime at enhanced ratesThe Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a machinist / Workshop Fitter, to work for a well-established and expanding business in Burton on Trent. Working as part of a team, you carry out mechanical repairs, servicing and refurbishment duties, with experience machining on lathers essential.

Responsibilities;

- Carry out strip down on mechanical systems and hydraulic cylinders. - Repairs and refurbishments to mechanical parts. - General workshop duties such as machining, welding & fabrication. - Fault diagnostics Candidate Expectation;

- Time served or apprentice trained - mechanical. - Experienced working a workshop environment as a Machinist / Fitter. - Hydraulic maintenance / diagnostics experience is desirable but not essential. - Manual machining skills, specifically on lathes is essential
