New Part Time role.
SF Recruitment are pleased to be working with a central business in South Derbyshire, where we are partnering with them to recruit for an Accounts Administrator on a permanent part time basis of between 20-25hrs per week. The working week is open to conversation to an extent to suit each candidate. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be a key member of the Finance Team, contributing to the smooth operation of the accounts administration.
Duties:
• Collaborating internally with other departments, including Finance, Operations and Sales
• Engaging with customers and suppliers
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in the sales and purchase order process to streamline sales coordination.
• Bank postings and reconciliations
• Credit control support, assisting in meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with colleagues to oversee supplier account activity and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the processing of weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely disbursement to employees.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks.
