What you'll do on a typical day as a Transport Admin/De-Brief Clerk:
- Coordinating and prioritising activityacross the shifts and businessstreams to ensure customerservice requirements are met
- Achieving Key PerformanceIndicators (KPI'S) through effective use of resources
- Maintaining accurate records and planning
- Promoting a flexible approach to delivering business requirements
- De-Briefing drivers
- Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills with effective writingand oral communication
- Sound operational knowledge and experience whilst customer focus is a priority
- Excellent communication
- PC Skills: EXCEL, Word
- Experience within a Transport Operation or some form of De-Briefing knowledge
