SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join a business in Burton on an initial 6-Month contract basis. This role is office based, with working hours of 37.5 per week Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times.
As the Payroll Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with processing the company payroll to include
- Processing weekly timesheets for approximately 300 employees
- Calculate holiday and sick pay
- Process all statutory payments
- Assist with weekly payroll reports
- Maintain personnel records and assist with HR administration.
- At month end you will be expected to assist with any ad hoc invoice processing.
- Support with system implementation.
The ideal candidate for this position will ideally have previous payroll processing experience and will be able to hit the ground running. This role is due to start asap so you must be available immediately to start. An approachable nature and hardworking attitude is required.
