Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00/ 09:00 to 18:00
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be expected to:
- Schedule and book fleet maintenance events with third-party providers
- Communicate with customers to coordinate appointments and preferences
- Track maintenance progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within Simply Objects
- Provide customers with maintenance planners and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams (Fleet, Rental, Sales, Finance) and external partners
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in customer service or transport coordination
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with commercial vehicles and fleet systems a plus
- Tech-savvy and adaptable with attention to detail
