Our valued client is actively seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their friendly team at their Head Office (East Midlands). They are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be part of an expanding business, who have continued to create a family feel as theyve growth.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00/ 09:00 to 18:00

As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be expected to:

  • Schedule and book fleet maintenance events with third-party providers
  • Communicate with customers to coordinate appointments and preferences
  • Track maintenance progress and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within Simply Objects
  • Provide customers with maintenance planners and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Fleet, Rental, Sales, Finance) and external partners

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service or transport coordination
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicles and fleet systems a plus
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable with attention to detail
