Our client has identified the need for a Business development Manager who will sit within their midlands past predominantly working on onboarding new clients and contracts.
You will sit within their man guarding division and have a desire to achieve and thrive with a hunter mentality and happy working within a fast paced environment. You will poses experience within man guarding.
You role and responsibilities :
- As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling products and services such as Security guarding and dog handling
- You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities through face to face sales and telesales
- Booking and attending sales meetings, pitching man guarding solutions presenting to client through
- You will continuously build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients ensuring good rapport and increase revenue and brand awareness
- You will utilise the CRM system to record and create a sales pipeline and manage all client interactions and data
- Implementing new technology and ideas with a forward thinking approach driving innovation within the business
- You will utilise various platforms such as LinkedIn to aid with the brand identity and promotion
- Prepare quotes for the clients and present these using the cost model system and submit tenders for new business
- You will conduct security surveys during client visits to assess their needs
What will you need for the role :
- Previous experience within the security sector of 3 years or more
- Experienced working within a sales environment and drive new revenue
- Strong attention to detail with a emphasis on delivering exceptional standards
- Positive attitude, determination, and resilience with a warm and vibrant personality
- Ability to source and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions
- You will be able to work independently or as part of team
- Driving licence and a willingness to travel
