Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Sales. Drive outbound sales efforts to promote our range of chemical-based products, targeting both new customers and existing accounts.
- Relationship Building. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with specialist companies, offering ongoing support and expertise.
- Customer Guidance. Provide expert assistance on product selection and application, ensuring our customers have the right solutions.
- CRM Management. Keep records up to date and manage customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Sales Growth. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies that expand our customer base and boost sales.
