Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join their 4-bed service, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Burton-on-Trent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe, nurturing environment
  • Promote the emotional and physical well-being of young people through activities and structured routines
  • Assist in implementing individual care plans and support the team to ensure the best outcomes for the children
  • Work a rolling shift pattern, including sleep-ins, to provide continuous care

Shift Pattern:

  • Rolling rota of 1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)
  • Shifts operate between 9:30 am to 11:00 pm

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children’s Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A genuine commitment to supporting young people with EBD
