SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time Position in Burton on Trent (Temp to Perm)Start Date: After February Half Term
Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Burton on Trent, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, starting after the February half-term. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about supporting children with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours, with the potential for a permanent contract following a temporary placement.

What We Are Looking For:
- An experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with a range of special educational needs.
- Ability to provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours.
- A patient, resilient, and proactive individual who can adapt to the children's specific needs and provide positive reinforcement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Experience supporting children with SEN or relevant qualifications in Special Education are desirable but not essential.
