SEN Teaching Assistant - Part Time Role in DerbyStart Date: After February Half Term
Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-regarded primary school in Derby, seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis, starting after the February half-term. The role involves supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours, in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What We Are Looking For:
- An experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant, with a passion for working with children with diverse needs.
- Ability to provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours.
- A patient and resilient individual who can adapt to the needs of the children and provide positive reinforcement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
- Ideally, experience in supporting children with SEN or a relevant qualification in Special Education, but not essential.
