Sonic Summary

A temporary Transport Planner position is available throughout November in Burton-on-Trent.
The payrate is £12.00 per hour for full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Responsibilities include answering calls, providing customer service, booking drivers, planning transport routes, and performing general admin duties.
Candidates must have previous transport planning experience and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants should be personable and confident, with the ability to work independently during certain periods.

Answering and responding to all incoming calls in a timely manner.
Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Booking drivers onto an in-house system accordingly.
Planning transport routes for all drivers daily.
General admin duties as and when required within the office.

Requirements:

Previous transport planning experience is essential.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
A Personable and confident personality.
The ability to work alone during periods of the day.
Must be available during November
