Travel Sales ConsultantHybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.Pertemps are recruiting for a Travel consultant on behalf of our award-winning client based in Burton-Upon-Trent on a full-time permanent basis. Salary: £22,317, rising to £23,000 after probation with un-capped commission with OTE £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.Working 37.5 hours per week but must be able to work every other Saturday and Sunday with days back in the week.Monday to Friday on a rota | between 9am – 6pm              Shift 1 – 9.00am – 5.00pm - Shift 2 - 10.00am – 6.00pm.             Saturdays - 9am - 5pm (Home Working)             Sundays - 10am to 4pm (Home Working)Main duties:
  • You will be responsible for dealing with all inbound customer calls and converting these to bookings, as well as giving advice via live chat and email.
  • Identifying customer needs and matching them to a suitable product
  • Building rapport with customers and partners by providing professional, informative, and friendly responses to enquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on potential bookings.
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with SLAs and with the best outcome for the customer.
About you:
  • You will have demonstrable Sales experience gained in a target driven environment. 
  • You will be able to build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • You will have Impeccable verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing own workload within a fast-paced environment, whilst focusing on multi-tasking a diverse workload and prioritising accordingly.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs through questioning and information gathering.
